Scores are 1-10, and 6 is average Hasbro baseline (except Character and Bonus).</p> <ul> <li><strong>Design:</strong> 7 <ul> <li>Nice clean look</li> <li>Upper body and car mode feel solid</li> <li>Painted hupcaps and door handles are nice</li> <li>Hollow legs detract from an overall good look</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Character:</strong> 9 <ul> <li>Great cartoon likeness in both modes</li> <li>Back should have been white, legs should have been silver instead of gray</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Articulation:</strong> 5 <ul> <li>Face tilt is a nice touch, also the wrist ball joints</li> <li>Mostly standard range of joints and movement</li> <li>Placement of knee joints and ankle tilts is weird</li> <li>Not that stable standing up</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Accessories:</strong> 5 <ul> <li>Nice to finally have his cartoon pistol</li> <li>One pistol isn&rsquo;t much for a Deluxe</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Transformation:</strong> 6 <ul> <li>Pretty easy and intuitive</li> <li>Some spots don&rsquo;t stay together all the way</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Quality:</strong> 6 <ul> <li>Standard Hasbro materials and quality, no issues</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Bonus:</strong> 7 <ul> <li>More than just a bigger PotP Tailgate because it&rsquo;s the toon look this time</li> <li>Face and wrist articulation weren&rsquo;t necessary, but they put those in anyway</li> <li>The pistol isn&rsquo;t much, but still nice to have for the first time</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Value:</strong> 5 <ul> <li>My gut reaction opening the box was &ldquo;is this all we get for the Deluxe price now?&rdquo;</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>Overall, it&rsquo;s a good cartoon Tailgate.
